Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that cleanses and balances the energy patterns in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum mental, emotional, and physical health. During a session where the client remains FULLY CLOTHED, I place my hands in various positions over or on the body to remove blockages, detoxify your energy system, and restore your vital life force energy.. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental and emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.

Chakra Balancing with Stones
The purpose of chakra balancing is to dissolve blockages before they become physical (although it can also be helpful with physical conditions. Crystals, being symmetrical in their molecular structure, radiate energy in a consistent and steady manner. When they're used in chakra balancing they can help to reestablish a healing, creative flow. Each chakra has a color, and usually stones of corresponding colors are placed on the front of the body at each chakra for about 20 minutes.

Meridian Therapy
Meridian Therapy is concerned with the balance between all body organs, emotions and spirit or elements. Acupressure, cold laser and/or patch technology is used to keep the body's vital energy flowing, eliminating blockages, energy loss or stagnation.
